 ଆସନ୍ତା ଚବିଶ ଘଣ୍ଟା ମଧ୍ୟରେ ସାଇକ୍ଲୋନିକ୍ ଝଡ଼ ବିପରଜୟ ଏକ ଭୟଙ୍କର ସାଇକ୍ଲୋନିକ୍ ଝଡ଼ରେ ତୀବ୍ର ହେବ ବୋଲି ଆଶା କରାଯାଉଛି |  

କର୍ଣ୍ଣାଟକ, ମହାରାଷ୍ଟ୍ର, ଗୋଆ, ଏବଂ କେରଳର ଉପକୂଳବର୍ତ୍ତୀ ଅଞ୍ଚଳରେ ଉଚ୍ଚ ବେଗରେ ପବନ ଏବଂ ପ୍ରବଳ ପାଗ ଅନୁଭୂତ ହେବାକୁ ଯାଉଛି।  ମତ୍ସ୍ୟଜୀବୀଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ଆଇଏମଡି ଚେତାବନୀ ଦେଇଛି

ପୂର୍ବ-କେନ୍ଦ୍ରୀୟ ଏବଂ ସଂଲଗ୍ନ ଦକ୍ଷିଣ-ପୂର୍ବ ଆରବ ସାଗରରେ ଅବସ୍ଥିତ ସାଇକ୍ଲୋନିକ୍ ‘ବିପରଜୟ’ ଉତ୍ତର ଦିଗକୁ ଗତି କରିବ ଏବଂ IMD ବୁଲେଟିନ୍ ଅନୁଯାୟୀ ଆସନ୍ତା କିଛି ଘଣ୍ଟା ମଧ୍ୟରେ ପ୍ରବଳ ଘୂର୍ଣ୍ଣିବଳୟ ଝ୍ଡ଼ରେ ବୃଦ୍ଧି ପାଇବ।  ଆସନ୍ତା ଚବିଶ ଘଣ୍ଟା ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଏହି ଘୂର୍ଣ୍ଣିବଳୟ ଏକ ଭୟଙ୍କର ଘୂର୍ଣ୍ଣିବଳୟରେ ପରିଣତ ହେବ ବୋଲି ଆଶା କରାଯାଉଛି |

ଘୂର୍ଣ୍ଣିବଳୟ ଯୋଗୁଁ କଠୋର ପାଣିପାଗ ଏବଂ ସମୁଦ୍ରର ପରିସ୍ଥିତି, ‘ବିପର୍ଜୋ’, ଆଗାମୀ ତିନି-ଚାରି ଦିନ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ପବନର ବେଗକୁ 135-145 କିଲୋମିଟର ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ 160 କିଲୋମିଟର ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ନେଇପାରେ |  ମତ୍ସ୍ୟଜୀବୀମାନେ ସମୁଦ୍ରକୁ ନ ଯିବା ପାଇଁ ଆଇଏମଡି ଚେତାବନୀ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି।

 ପୂର୍ବ-କେନ୍ଦ୍ରୀୟ ଏବଂ ଏହାର ଦକ୍ଷିଣ-ପୂର୍ବ ଆରବ ସାଗର ଉପରେ ଘୂର୍ଣ୍ଣିବଳୟ ଝଡ଼ ତିନି ଘଣ୍ଟା ଧରି ଅଟକି ରହିଲା |  ସକାଳ 2:30 ରେ ଏହା ଗୋଆର ପଶ୍ଚିମ-ଦକ୍ଷିଣ-ପଶ୍ଚିମ 900 କିଲୋମିଟର, ମୁମ୍ବାଇର 1020 କିଲୋମିଟର ଦକ୍ଷିଣ-ପଶ୍ଚିମ, ପୋରବନ୍ଦରର 1090 କିଲୋମିଟର ଦକ୍ଷିଣ-ପଶ୍ଚିମ ଏବଂ କରାଚି ଠାରୁ 1380 କିଲୋମିଟର ଦୂରରେ ଥିଲା |

Cyclonic storm Biparjoy is expected to intensify into a very severe cyclonic storm in next twenty four hours. Coastal areas of Karnataka, Maharashtra, Goa, and Kerala are set to experience high speed wind and harsh weather. IMD has issued warning for fishermen

Cyclone ‘Biparjoy’ located over the east-central and adjoining southeast Arabian Sea is likely to shift northwards and intensify into a severe cyclonic storm in the next few hours, as per the latest IMD bulletin. The storm is expected to transform into a very severe cyclonic storm in the next twenty-four hours.

Harsh weather and sea conditions due to the storm, ‘Biparjoy’, can take the wind speed to 135-145 kmph gusting to 160 kmph in the next three-four days. IMD has issued a warning for fishermen not to venture into the sea.

The cyclonic storm over the east-central and adjoining southeast Arabian Sea remained at a stagnant location for three hours. At 2:30 am it was around 900 km west-southwest of Goa, 1020 km southwest of Mumbai, 1090 km south-southwest of Porbandar and 1380 km south of Karachi.
